Cementone Bituminous Felt Adhesive For Roofs is a cold applied adhesive for bonding bituminous roofing felts to asphalt, felt, metal and concrete, It is also used for bonding mineral chippings to bituminous surfaces. Bituminous Felt Adhesive For Roofs should not be used with or over tar based products. This Adhesive can be used as a gritting solution. Allow to become tacky to touch - usually within 15-60 minutes, but possibly longer depending on drying conditions, before positioning the roofing felt. Coverage as roofing felt adhesive - 0.6 - 0.8 litres per msq. As gritting adhesive - 0.7 litres per msq for 3-9mm chips - 0.9 litres per msq for 10mm chips.
