Sylvania LYNX-SE is a new and highly innovative, compact fluorescent lamp with integral electronic ballast: based on a T2 light source, cut and joined into six sections and mounted inside a cylindrical housing with a reeded diffuser. Energy efficiency: very good / good (EEC = A / B). Lumen efficacy: very good (> 30 lm/W). Average life: 15,000 hours, corresponding to around 15 years at about 2.7 hours per day. Colour rendering: good (Ra = 85). Housing temperature 95°C maximum. Mercury content: very low (< 2 mg per lamp). Manufacturing plants are certified according to the ISO 14,001 international standard for environmental management.
