Carthusia is the oldest fragrance house in the world. Originally formulated by the Carthusian monks on the island of Capri in the 12th century. Today, the tradition is perpetuated, the limited production methods are the same used all those centuries ago. The fragrances are made from natural raw materials and the finished Carthusia product is hand wrapped. Bay, myrrh, mandarin, bergamot, patchouli, cedar, sage, musk and tree sedum.
