Product Description

This body butter is rich and luxurious in texture. It has been developed to compliment our range of soaps. It is palm oil free and contains naturally derived ingredients. We do not use palm oil or any of it's derivatives in any of our products, and this body butter is no exception. Palm oil production has been linked to the destruction of the rain forest, with it the release of large quantities of Co2 stored in the peat, and the demise of the Orangutan apes. Nellie's Patch Rose Body Butter is rich in shea butter and cocoa butter. Shea butter is mildly antibacterial, and has good moisture retentive properties. It is particularly good for people with dry skin. Cocoa butter is nourishing and protective. Rosehip oil has been added which is known to have regenerative qualities. It is also high in vitamins A and C, and is good for sensitive skin. This lovely cream is fragranced with the essential oil of Rose Geranium, known to have antibacterial and antifungal attributes.
