Apply solution liberally to wallpaper and leave for 10-20 minutes. Wallpaper can now be easily removed with a scraper. Application-For vinyl washable painted or varnished walls. Scratch the surface of the wallpaper well with a wire brush before applying the solution. On heavily painted wallpaper cut a small hole to plaster and apply the solution to the edge of the hole. Leave for a few minutes then tear strips 6-9 inches around the hole. Repeat the operation to a large hole.
