A complete loft access solution including ladder loft surround 26mm insulated trapdoor and spring assisted stowage. Uses no further loft space - ladder stores within trap door. Wide and deep timber treads for comfort when climbing. Suitable for professional and domestic use. Maximum floor to loft height measures approximately 2.8-metres (9’2”). Minimum loft opening size measures approximately 1.12Mtr x 0.6Mtr (3’8” x 2’) Maximum holding capacity measures 150Kg/23.6 Stones. Conforms to DIN 4570.
