Product Description

During baking a large amount of steam is created with the pie. If it has no means of escape the steam is likely to burst through the pastry. Simply place this little device into the centre of the pie base before applying the pie pastry for the top. Push the funnel through so the narrow end protrudes. The steam can then simply escapes through the vent and you are left with the perfect pie.
