Barrettine wood protective is an ideal wood treatment for outdoor timber structures such as sheds, fences and trellis, pergola and timber gazebos. It has a low build film product that absorbs into the wood with successive coats building onto the surface to give excellent water repellences and beading. Barrettine wood protective treatment contains water repellent resins and film biocide to prevent the surface growth of mould or algae and together this helps to reduce decay, swelling and twisting of wood. It is friendly to beneficial insects and plants when dry. To apply it either use a brush, roller, spray or simply dip cloth into the tin.
