A slow drying natural oil that feeds and protects all types of wood. Raw Linseed Oil is ideal for oak beams, cricket bats, garden canes etc and as a lubricant in French Polishing. Useful also for the softening of Linseed Oil Putty. Raw Linseed oil nourishes and protects natural wood. Used regularly it will prevent wood from drying out. Preparation - Make sure that the surface to be oiled is clean & dry and free from grease. Can only be applied to bare wood or previously oiled wood, not to painted or varnished surfaces.
