The new 45cm Kilner jam spoon, made from FSC beech wood and featuring a heat resistant silicone head, is ideal for use when making homemade preserves, jams, chutneys, stews and curries. The flexible silicone head is ideal for mixing and stirring whilst the long handle ensures your fingers are kept away from the hot pan. The hook on the back of the spoon allows it to be rested against the side of the pan without it slipping in.
