The clear and easy to read dial face with protective heat resistant silicone band. Measure from 40°C to 140°C. Ideals for preserving recipes. This thermometer can also be used when cooking meats and baking. The setting point for jams , jellies and marmalades is from 104°C to 105.5°C. Comes with protective probe cover for safe and easy storage.
