The Moulded handle is comfortable and provides a secure safe grip. Its traditional sharpening steel is made from extremely hard high carbon steel which is ground with a chrome finish for a longer life. The steel is also magnetic so that any filings removed from the blade during sharpening will stick to it. These should be wiped off both the steel and the knife. The steel helps blades but remember that serrated or scalloped edged knives shouldn�t be sharpen.
