Product Description

3.5mm stereo jack plug to 6.3mm mono jack socket. Moulded adaptor/convertor. Stereo TRS male mini Jack 3.5mm to Mono female jack 6.3mm (1/4"). Moulded adapter for connecting cables and converting "full size" jack plugs for connection to audio equipment fitted with mini-jack sockets. The stereo channels are "bridged", with both left and right stereo channels of the 3.5mm mini jack connected to the mono of the 1/4" jack socket to give a "pseudo-stereo" effect with the signal in both channels, or vice versa. Handy for live sound engineering, PA, DJ, studio and home recording applications for connecting mono instruments and pro-audio equipment to the stereo line-in socket MP3 players, iPod, iPad, laptop, desktop computers etc or connecting the stereo line-out socket to professional PA equipment with "full size" mono jack sockets.
