Charlie Red is recommended for daytime wear. Global cosmetics brand Revlon was founded in 1932 by Charles and Joseph Revlon in the midst of the Great Depression with a single product. a nail varnish. Within six years the company had become a multimillion dollar organisation and it brought out manicure and lipstick ranges during the Second World War.
