High performance provides 10 years of roof protection and performance under extreme conditions. Once applied, it forms a highly durable elastomeric coating, which cures to form a flexible membrane, resistant to splitting and cracking over time. Furthermore the membrane acts as a protective shield against harmful UV rays and allows any trapped moisture to evaporate whilst keeping exterior moisture out.
