• How do I upload product listings?

  You can choose to do it in either of the following ways:

  Product information pages contain a “Sell Yours Here” link at the bottom of the “Buying Choices” box, use this, if you are already signed in you can set the price, delivery cost, delivery method and follow the instructions to list your product. The new listing will be available to view or edit in “Manage Listings”.

  For sellers with large inventories it’s much faster to use our “Bulk Upload Inventory” feature you’ll find this in “My Account” under the “Manage Listings” option. Download the sample file template and upload your data in the same format either as a text or CSV file.

  Note: It can take up to 24 hours for bulk listings to appear in the “Manage Listings” section. Once your bulk listings are approved we’ll send you an email confirmation.

  Can’t find your products? Add your products into our inventory using our “Create a New Product Page” feature. You’ll find this in “Manage Listings” it’s an easy to follow step-by-step process of creating a product page on Choiceful.com and our international locations. • Where do I delete listings?

  Sellers can edit and delete any or all listings by logging into “My Account” and “Manage Listings”. Changes are made instantly to the active listing on the Choiceful.com site.

  To delete listings check the box on the left hand side and select the “Delete Listings” option from the drop-down menu and push “Go”.

• How do I refund a buyer?

  Any seller has the ability to issue a full or partial refund from Choiceful.com for the buyer.

  Once the request is submitted, the buyer receives an email confirmation from Choiceful.com. The funds will be refunded back to the payment method the buyer used to make the purchase.

  Sign in to your Marketplace account and select the order you wish to refund from ‘View Orders’ and do the following:

  Not yet shipped orders: Select the ‘Cancel & Refund’ button.

  Already shipped orders: Select the ‘Refund’ button, enter your reason, the amount and if you require enter a memo to the buyer.

• Important information on how to manage orders: marking shipments

  Sellers can update shipments through their seller accounts on Choiceful.com to keep customers notified of the progress of their order. Completed orders must be marked as dispatched by selecting the order from ‘View Orders’ and selecting the ‘Ship Order’ button when dispatched.

  Provide buyers with relevant carrier, service and tracking ID information so they can look up the progress of orders with carriers.

• Receiving funds from Choiceful.com after a sale

  In order to receive funds please make sure that you’ve provided a payment method by logging into ‘My Account’ and ‘Payment Settings’. You can chose to either receive funds into your approved bank account or PayPal account.

  Funds received from buyers are not instantly transferred to your registered payment method for your orders; we maintain a reserve fund of 15-days in case you are liable to refund customers, and to hold reserves against customer claims. Choiceful.com will transfer your first payment into your bank/PayPal account 30-days after the sale is complete. If you register with us on March 1^st and get your first order on March 5^th you will receive your first payment 30-days after your first order date, not registration, so fund transfer will be initiated on April 4^th. Allow up to a further 5-10 business days to receive your Choiceful.com payment funds. Your next transfer will be initiated on April 19^th to maintain a 15-day fund reserve.
