  The latest information about the availability of products is available on our Product Information pages.

  In Stock

  This means the product is ready for immediate dispatch.

  Pre-order available

  This means you can pre-order this item. The seller will usually also include an estimated time when they will receive the stock and when you can expect delivery.

  Temporarily out of stock - More Expected Soon!

  The item is temporarily out of stock with our sellers.

• I am unable to locate a specific product on the website.

  When you're looking for a particular product, or a group of products that will meet your requirements, why not use our search facility? You'll find it at the top of most of our pages.

  The first option to search our website for a product will be from the search option near the top of our website. Put in the name of the item you are looking for and you will be displayed the search results.

  If this still doesn’t help, then try using the site navigation and the categories on the left hand side of our website.

  If you are still unable to find the item that you are looking for, this may be because of the nature of our industry and the fact there are loads of great, new products regularly coming on to the market, we add about 1000 new items every day. However, sometimes you may not be able to find the particular product you're looking for. In such instances you should check the following:

  Is the product newly released by the manufacturer?

  Manufacturers quite often release product details and specifications long before any stock is actually available in the distribution channel (i.e. where our sellers get stock supplies from). This is quite often known as a 'paper release'. Once we've confirmation that stock is being made available, we'll add this information to our website.

  Has the product been discontinued?

  Manufacturers quite often update their product range, often without prior notice. When we are no longer able to obtain a product, it will be removed from our website once all of the available stock has been sold.

  Are you able to legally purchase the product?

  Government’s regulations change from time to time, certain products particularly those containing chemicals and hazardous materials can be withdrawn from general sale. In this case the product will be removed permanently from our store.

• Missing product information.

  We currently offer hundreds of thousands of products for sale on the Choiceful.com website. Because we sell so many items, the descriptions, specifications, photographs and any other related product information we publish, is generally drawn from suppliers and third part companies. This sourcing of information provides Choiceful.com with the very latest product/technical information. It is also the most feasible and most advanced way of ensuring the vast amount of information we pass on to our customers is as accurate as possible.

  However, as with every system, there will always be a very small number of instances where the information being displayed is either slightly incorrect, out of date, or not available. We do have a team of people regularly checking the Choiceful.com website to ensure that these minor errors are dealt with when spotted.

  If you do happen to experience problems accessing information for a particular product on our website, (based on the reasons given above) then we suggest that you try to check on the product manufacturer's website for the relevant full specifications and features.

• What is clearance stock?

  Whilst selecting a product, you may see items listed as 'Clearance Stock'.

  Items sold under this category are mainly items, which we have reduced in price to clear from general sale; they may either being phased out for newer models or being discontinued by sellers.

• What happens if the seller doesn’t have my ordered items in stock?

  At Choiceful our marketplace sellers follow strict guidelines and pride themselves on dispatching over 97% of orders complete and on time. Failure to comply with our acceptable terms of service can result in sellers being removed from Choiceful.com. However, in such rare cases the seller will contact you immediately. They will provide you with delivery details, and you will then be given the choice of either waiting for your items or alternatively, cancelling your order to obtain a full refund.
