• Where's my order?

  *NOTE* in some cases, if Standard/Free Shipping was selected as the shipping method, tracking is not always available, or tracking is not available until the package has already been delivered. This is most common with domestic mail carriers shipped packages. If your item is large, such as a 32" or bigger TV, the item may have shipped via a freight carrier other than FedEx, DHL or UPS. If the tracking number from your order does not direct you to the company's website and provide tracking details, you can contact us for an update.

• Which delivery companies do our sellers use?

  Marketplace sellers arrange deliveries of your goods independently of Choiceful.com. Choiceful.com is responsible for ensuring that your delivery reaches you within our estimated delivery times. To find out when you can expect your delivery depending on the service chosen and where your goods are being delivered from read Standard Delivery or Express Delivery.

  Some sellers send goods directly from their supplier/manufacturer, the delivery company used will be the one used by the supplier/manufacturer in question.

  However, some of our sellers send parcels using a specialist delivery company/carrier. This normally happens when parcels contain heavy goods, boxes above a certain weight are sent with more specialist type delivery companies. Nevertheless, sellers will contact you to arrange delivery prior to the arrival date. See Delivery of Large Items

• Can I provide an alternative delivery address?

  There is an opportunity to provide your delivery address while you are completing your order. Once this is provided the items will be delivered there. You can verify this address in Your Account for each of your orders.

  Alternatively use the ‘Address Book’ in ‘My Account’ to add favourite addresses, like your home and work, for faster ordering.

• Can I collect my order from the seller?

  Please contact the seller of the item for further instructions, some sellers may allow customers to collect if it is convenient to arrange.

  To contact sellers, sign-in to ‘My Account’ and find the ordered item in question, select the ‘Contact Sellers’ button and send your message.

• Obtaining an invoice or receipt copy.

  You can obtain an order summary from ‘My Account’ and by selecting the order from your ‘Order History’ page.

  Sellers should provide receipts or VAT invoices (if applicable) along with the items being delivered.

• Which is the quickest delivery service available?

  Select Express Delivery when you’re placing your order through checkout for the fastest delivery.

  Please note not all sellers offer Express Delivery for their items and Express Delivery can vary however falls within our general schedule for delivery set out here

  *Note* the total delivery time for orders placed using our Standard Shipping Service is normally up to 5 days longer compared to Express Shipping, provided the buyer and seller are based in the same location country. For shipments arriving from international locations our Estimated Dates are calculated including the additional delivery time your order will require.
