Making Changes to Your Order
Choiceful.com Marketplace sellers strive to process your order as quickly as possible. In our effort to prevent delays, the period of time available to cancel an order is short. You may elect to cancel your entire order or a portion of your order as long as the order has not entered the shipping process. An item that is in the shipping process cannot be cancelled because it is being picked, packaged, and preparing to enter the delivery process.
Please follow the directions below to see if your order may be cancelled.

Go to My Account (located at the top right of this page).

Sign in with your e-mail address and password. Your most recent order will be located at top of the page.

Click "Cancel Item" located directly on the right of the status of the item purchased.

Click "Confirm Request"
If your order contains multiple items you may cancel a portion of your order by following steps 3 and 4 for the item you wish to cancel.
Cancelling Orders after they’re Dispatched
Choiceful.com transmits your order to the seller shortly after your order is placed. You will need to contact the seller directly to request that the order be cancelled.
