Approving/Rejecting Offers
On this page you’ll learn what to do when you receive an offer.
We’ll send you an email notification every time you receive an offer. Here’s what to do next:
- Sign-in to your marketplace account
- Click on ‘Manage My Offers’ link
- Select ‘Accept Offer’ or ‘Reject Offer’ next to the offer details within 48-hours of receiving the offer.
- We will then send the buyer an email notification and they can either submit a new offer or purchase at the agreed price.
Past offers are available to view in ‘Accepted Offers’ and ‘Rejected Offers’, they remain in your account for 3-months before being removed.
