• Where’s my stuff?

  If you placed an order with us recently sign-in to your account to get an update on its progress. Your order should arrive by the estimated date, if it has not contact the seller through your account to find out where it might be.

  What delivery method did you select? Learn about dispatch and delivery timings by clicking here.

  Sometimes despite sellers best efforts there can be problems with postal services or carriers so please do allow some additional time for delivery, if you are unsure at anytime please contact your seller.

• How do I get a refund?

  Choiceful.com offers a guidance policy with respect to refunds, as each case is unique to each seller it is ultimately between the buyer and seller to compromise on whether an order should be fully or partially refunded.

  Choiceful.com offers buyers the option to “File a Claim” against any seller that they feel is not honoring our guidance refunds policy, we can then look into the case and decide upon an outcome based on our Buy-With-Confidence Guarantee

• How do I cancel my Marketplace order?
  1. Go to My Account (located at the top right of this page).
  2. Sign in with your e-mail address and password. Your most recent order will be located at top of the page.
  3. Click "Cancel Item" located directly on the right of the status of the item purchased.
  4. Click "Confirm Request"

  If your order contains multiple items you may cancel a portion of your order by following steps 3 and 4 for the item you wish to cancel.

  In order to cancel orders after they have been dispatched, you will have to contact your seller:

  1. Go to My Account (located at the top right of this page).
  2. Click on ‘Contact Seller’

• How do I return items?

  1. Begin by logging-in to your account.

  2. Select "Return Items" from the options in the header.

  3. Check the box next to the picture of the item you want to return.

  4. Enter the Return Qty and fill in the comments form.

  5. Click "Submit"

  6. The Seller will be in touch with you within 24-hours to give you further instructions on how to return the item.

• How do I submit feedback?

  1. To leave feedback you will have to sign in to your account.

  2. Click on the ‘Leave Seller Feedback’ link.

  3. Rate and leave a comment (note there is a maximum of 400 characters allowed) for the seller selected.

• How do I file a claim?

  Because we want you to receive an outstanding service each and every time you shop with Choiceful.com all buyers are protected by our buy-with-confidence guarantee. If you need to file a claim against any seller, sign in to your account, select ‘Order History’ and ‘File a Claim’ for the item/seller concerned.

  In order to file a claim successfully you will have to provide some evidence that you have tried to either contact and/or resolve the issue with the Marketplace Seller. Learn how to communicate with sellers.

• How do I find out if a seller offers Free Delivery?

  Customers can view the terms and order limit for free delivery by visiting the Marketplace Seller’s store. You will then have to spend over the amount with the Marketplace seller (all items sold by the seller are available in the seller’s store) in order to get Free Standard Delivery.

  Express Delivery may still be available for certain items, if you need the goods sooner but will depend if the seller offers the Express Shipping service, and may cost additionally.

  *Note* Not all sellers offer Express Delivery and/or Free Delivery, please visit the seller’s store to find out more.
