Track your order
Follow these steps to track your order:
Step 1: Go to the Log in page and enter your Choiceful.com My Account email address and your password.
Step 2: Once logged into your Choiceful.com My Account, your order will be listed under View Open Orders, if your products have already been dispatched you will find your shipped orders in Order History. Locate the order you are wanting an update on.
Step 3: After you have located your order, select "Tracking Information". If your products have been shipped using a carrier who provides a live tracking facility you will be able to get an update on its progress by using the Tracking ID and website link. To see where your item is, you can check the tracking number (if available)*
*NOTE* in some cases, if Standard/Free Shipping was selected as the shipping method, tracking is not always available, or tracking is not available until the package has already been delivered. This is most common with domestic mail carriers shipped packages. If your item is large, such as a 32" or bigger TV, the item may have shipped via a freight carrier other than FedEx, DHL or UPS. If the tracking number from your order does not direct you to the company's website and provide tracking details, you can contact us for an update.
